Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer strength, competition, budget, response speed, client operations, platform changes, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, revenue, profit, review volume, ad performance, or business outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary account access, approvals, business details, legal disclosures, and materials needed to perform the services. You represent that you have the rights to any content, images, logos, testimonials, data, or other materials you provide to us.
Fees, billing schedules, payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, subscription terms, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due when invoiced, and overdue payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or collection activity.
Our services may use or integrate with third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Framer, email and SMS providers, analytics tools, payment processors, Google, Meta, advertising platforms, or other software providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, feature changes, or decisions.
GTI Agents and G.T.3.I Solutions Inc. retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, systems, templates, frameworks, processes, software, know-how, and internal tools. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, final custom deliverables prepared for you may be used by you after full payment, while our underlying methods, templates, and reusable assets remain ours.
You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or disruptive purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, scrape the website in an unauthorized manner, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or business.
By submitting your contact information, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, appointments, services, and related business communications by phone, email, or text where permitted. If you opt in to SMS, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out by replying STOP.

Any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or $100 if no paid service exists.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless G.T.3.I Solutions Inc., GTI Agents, and their owners, team members, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your materials, your business, your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the services, or create risk for us, our clients, or third-party platforms. Termination does not waive any payment obligations or rights that accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by law. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
